BA-ZAI JV, LLC Awarded FDA CTP Data Support Services IDIQ Contract
The Food and Drug Administration (via the Federal Procurement Data System, or FPDS) recently announced the award of a $75 million, five-year contract to BA-ZAI JV, LLC to provide Data Support Services for the Center of Tobacco Products. BA-ZAI JV, LLC is a Small Business Administration approved joint venture between BarnAllen Technologies, Inc. and Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI).
The Data Support Services contract will support CTP’s Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE) by providing data collection, review, compilation, and analysis services to enable OCE staff to effectively focus attention on the decisions and actions required to enforce tobacco regulations.
The first task order under the IDIQ will be Receipt, Review, and Processing of Retailer Compliance Check Inspection Data and Associated Documents.

FDA’s responsibilities extend to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories and possessions.
