Darion McNeill

Division Manager

Ms. McNeill has been with ZAI since 2005. Her experience in financial and legal entities has been garnered from performing on and managing work of varying scope and complexity, including customer services, business services, records management and production-oriented projects. She has successfully led multi-million dollar, multi-year programs within scope, schedule, and budget.

As a Division Manager, Ms. McNeill provides corporate-level oversight for our work at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), where ZAI supports customer-facing operations for the Office of Benefits Administration. This includes management and operation of the Customer Contact Center and Document and Records Management Center, and providing professional staff to perform Defined Benefit Support Services. Ms. McNeill has supported PBGC contract operations for more than 15 years; she previously worked at various law firms providing paralegal and financial services.

Ms. McNeill has been instrumental in the development and implementation of quality control and quality assurance plans that have yielded 100% quality scores.  She has implemented many innovations, including process changes that have reduced overall cycle time, cutting costs and expediting information processing.

Ms. McNeill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from American Public University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Government Contracting and Acquisition.

In her free time, she enjoys family time, serving the community, and working with youth and the elderly.
