PBGC – DRMC

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporate (PBGC) protects the retirement incomes of nearly 40 million American workers in nearly 24,000 private-sector defined benefit pension plans. Since 2005, ZAI has operated PBGC’s Document and Records Management Center (DRMC), processing more than 2.4 million pension-related items annually. We identify, collect, digitize, process, index, and review defined benefit pension plans and participant data; to include remote site data collection trips and records management support in compliance with NARA and PBGC records programs.
